Ingredients
| Laodoufu ( One pound ) | Garlic sprouts ( Two ) |
Ginger and garlic powder ( Ten grams each ) | Doubanjiang ( a spoonful ) |
Chicken essence, MSG and salt (appropriate amount) | Water starch (Twenty grams) |
How to make homemade tofu

1.Cut the old tofu into thick slices (square or triangular are acceptable)

2.Fry at high oil temperature

3. Explode until it floats.Can

4. Remove and set aside

5.Ginger and garlic powder, cut into sections and set aside

6.Hot pot and cold oil

7. Add ginger garlic paste and Doubanjiang

8.Saute until fragrant and add garlic sprouts
