Ingredients
Taro ( 500g ) | Chopped pepper ( 2 spoons ) |
tempeh ( 1 small spoon ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Light soy sauce ( 15mI ) | Green onions ( a little ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to make steamed taro with chopped pepper

1.Preparation Taro, chopped pepper and tempeh

2. Peel and wash the taro.

3. Cut in half and place on a plate.

4. Mince the garlic and chop the green onion.

5. Take a small spoonful of tempeh, wash it, put it into an empty bowl, add minced garlic, and add 15ml light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped pepper, mix evenly.

6. Pour on top of the taro.

7. Place it in a steamer and steam over high heat.After the water boils, time it and steam for 15 minutes.

8.After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour a few drops of sesame oil.

Tips
