Ingredients
Silky Tofu ( 1 box ) | Eggs ( two ) |
Meat Minced ( 100g ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Ginger powder (appropriate amount) | Pepper powder ( a little ) |
Steamed fish soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | chopped green onion ( a little ) |
How to make tofu with eggs

1. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, pepper and ginger powder to the minced meat.

2.Use chopsticks to stir in one direction until smooth.

3. Take the tofu out of the box, cut it into slices and put it on the plate.(I use half a box of tofu here)

4.Put the minced meat into the tofu separately both sides.

5. Crack the eggs onto the minced meat.

6. Boil the water in the pot, put it into the pot and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.

7. Take out the steamed fish and sprinkle with soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
