How to stir-fry celery and cashews

1.Prepare chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and sliced pork

2.Cut celery diagonally and shred carrots

3. Heat oil and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant, add pork and cashew nuts and stir-fry lightly with soy sauce.Then add celery and carrot shreds, add a small amount of soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stir-fry over high heat until the celery changes color, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and stir-fry for a few more times before serving.
