Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Cooking wine ( 2 spoons ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Curry block ( 3 blocks ) |
How to make curry chicken rice

1.Cut the chicken wings into cubes, stir-fry them in boiling water and set aside.Cut the vegetables into cubes and set aside.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add sugar, pepper and aniseed.

3.Add in chicken pieces and stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt ,stir fry.

4.Add onion and ginger and continue to stir-fry.

5.Add water, boil and simmer for ten minutes.

6. Add potatoes and carrots and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

7. Add three curry cubes and simmer the curry well.

8.A pot of fragrant curry chicken is ready.
