Roasted bran ( three pieces ) | Carrot ( One ) |
Yellow bell pepper( Half ) | Oil ( 15 grams ) |
Salt ( One teaspoon ) | |
Dark soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Consumption Oil ( 10g ) |
Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make plain baked bran

1. Prepare the materials, bake the bran and soak it in water.

2.Cut the carrots and yellow bell peppers

3.Cut the roasted bran into the shape you like

4. Prepare water starch

5. Heat oil in a hot pan, add carrots and stir-fry until soft
