Pork ribs ( 600g ) | Beans ( 300 grams ) |
Potatoes (2 pieces) | Oil ( 30g ) |
Salt ( 4 grams ) | Onions ( 20 grams ) |

Pepper powder ( A little ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Recipe of ribs, potatoes and beans stewed

1.Wash the beans and blanch them in boiling water for one minute

2.Peel and cut potatoes into cubes

3.Wash the ribs and blanch them in cold water to remove the blood

4.Pork Ribs Remove, wash and drain the water

5.Chop green onions and slice ginger

Tips
1.The salt should be added later, otherwise the ribs will not be simmered easily
2.The green beans should be blanched in boiling water in advance.If the raw beans are added directly afterwards, the stewed dish will taste like raw beans
