Ingredients
Cooked cabbage (appropriate amount) | Carrot ( one section ) |
Oyster sauce ( one tablespoon ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
Garlic ( Three cloves ) |
How to make cabbage in oyster sauce

1.Tear the cabbage into pieces by hand, soak in salt water, wash and set aside

2.Slice garlic, slice carrots

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic slices

4.Put in cabbage and quickly Stir-fry

5.Saute until soft and add carrots

6.Add a little soy sauce for color, and continue stir-frying with oyster sauce

7. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until the cabbage becomes soft and tender

Tips
Oyster sauce and light soy sauce are salty, so I didn’t add any salt.I have a lighter taste.If I can eat spicy food, add some chili and stir-fry
