How to make steamed egg and tofu with minced meat

1.Pour the fat tofu into the middle of a plate, beat four eggs on each side

2.Steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes

3.Cut into cubes

4.Heat oil and add green onions

5. Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color.Stir-fry the diced carrots, green peppers and onions together for about 7 minutes.Add salt, Soy sauce

6.Pour the minced meat on top of the steamed eggs and fat tofu., steam for another 10 minutes
