How to make Dongpo Pork

1. Cut the pork belly into palm-sized pieces.

7. Add water to cover the pork, add dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

8.Cover, seal, and simmer for one and a half to two hours.

9.At this time the water has basically dried up.Open the lid, turn over, cut the pork skin into strips with a table knife, and heat the water.Cover and simmer for another hour and a half.

10. Stew until the pig skin can be scratched with chopsticks.Just take it out of the pot.
