How to make stir-fried pork liver

1.Pig Wash the liver and slice it into slices, marinate it with appropriate amount of cornstarch for a while

2. Heat the oil in the pan, Stir-fry for 8 until cooked, remove and set aside

3.Cut garlic and set aside

4. Carrot slices for later use
5.Cut the green pepper into strips and set aside

6.Saute garlic until fragrant , add carrots and green peppers in turn, stir-fry until soft, add pork liver (forgot to take a photo), add salt, MSG, soy sauce, oil to taste, stir-fry until cooked.

Tips
Marinate the pork liver with cornstarch for a while to reduce the water content when cooking drain.Green peppers have basically no spicy taste, so the elderly and children will not get angry after eating them.
