Pork belly: nourishes the kidneys
Ingredients
Pork belly ( 500g ) | Ginger slices ( 5 slices ) |
Garlic ( 5 cloves ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 teaspoons ) |
How to make braised pork
1.Cut the meat into small cubes, drain and set aside.

2.Prepare the ingredients

3.Put the pork into hot oil and fry until the oil is released

4.Add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until it melts and takes on the color of sugar, then stir-fry the pork until it turns into color

5.Add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

6.Add light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

7.Add water to cover the pork, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

8. Remove the juice over high heat and serve!
Tips
Don’t add too much sugar.If you add enough light soy sauce, I won’t add any salt.
