Chopped green onions ( one section ) | Ginger slices ( 4 slices ) |

Recipe of Braised Chicken Wings and Potatoes

1. Wash the chicken wings and score the surface with a knife.First blanch water for two minutes to remove blood foam

2.Cut the onions and ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and ginger until fragrant, add one star anise.

Add chicken wings and fry until both sides are golden brown.
