How to make pineapple sweet and sour pork

1. Clean the pork, cut it into 2×2cm cubes, add eggs, cooking wine, pepper, and marinate the pork for 15 minutes.Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and stir until the cornstarch is evenly coated on the surface of the pork

2.Have pineapples in half After cutting, cut the pineapple meat with a cross knife

3.Cut the red bell pepper and set aside

4. Ginger, diced garlic, sugar + tomato sauce + soy sauce + cooking wine + a small amount Mix the water into a sauce and put it in a bowl for later use
