How to stir-fry carrots with garlic sprouts and minced meat

1.Wash and cut garlic sprouts into sections for later use

2.Peel, wash and slice carrots for later use

3.Minced meat for later use

4. Add some minced pork (I added some stir-fried meat) Minced fat meat, if you don’t have it, don’t add it)

5.Saute minced pork

6. Stir-fry the carrot until soft

7. Stir-fry the garlic sprouts until soft

8.Add salt, MSG, soy sauce and seasoning

9.Saute and serve
Tips
It is not advisable to add too much soy sauce, otherwise the color will not be bright
