Konjak ( 200g ) | Pork belly ( 100g ) |
Pickled pepper ( 3 roots ) | Pickled ginger ( 1 piece ) |

Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 5g ) | Laoganma Water Tempeh ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Edible oil ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make spicy konjac
1. Prepare materials.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the washed pork belly, shallots, ginger and pepper and cook 20 minutes.

3.Cut the shallot into small sections and separate the head and leaves.

4. Cut the pickled pepper, pickled ginger and garlic into small particles.

5. Cut the cooked pork belly into thin strips.

6. Pour oil into the hot pan and heat until 50% hot.

7. Add pork belly and stir-fry until oil is released.

8.Add a spoonful of Laoganma water tempeh and stir-fry until fragrant!

9.Add pickled pepper, pickled ginger and garlic particles and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Add konjac and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
