How to make potato and salty bamboo shoot soup

1.Soak the salted bamboo shoots for 4-6 hours.

2. Cut the broccoli and soak in salt water for 10-20 minutes.

3. Slice the salted bamboo shoots and cut the potatoes into strips.

4. Cut the tomatoes.

5. Add the minced green onion to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add tomatoes and stir-fry, add cooking wine.

7.Drainage.

8.Add sugar.

9. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry the vegetables evenly.

11.Add water.

12.Add the lid and bring to a boil.
