Tofu: Moisturizing
Ingredients
Tofu (piece) | Minced meat ( 3 taels ) |
Green vegetables ( 3 liang ) | Grated ginger (appropriate amount) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make vegetable, meatball and tofu soup

1.Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate it with some salt

2. Marinate the minced meat with cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce and knead into small balls

3.Wash the vegetables and set aside

4.Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add water to boil

5. Boil the meatballs and add tofu

6.Put in the tofu and boil Simmer over low heat for a while, then add green vegetables when the soup becomes white

7.Add green vegetables

8.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate
Tips
Choose soft tofu for tofu and not too many vegetables.
