Ingredients
Flour ( 100g ) | Beef cubes ( 50g ) |

Oyster sauce ( two spoons ) | Light soy sauce ( three spoons ) |
Laoganma black bean sauce ( Two tablespoons ) | A little salt ( a little ) |

How to make stir-fried noodles with mixed vegetables

1. Flour, pumpkin puree, eggs, salt and an appropriate amount of oil.Knead it into a dough and set aside
2. Wash and dice cucumbers, potatoes and carrots.Dice the beef, slice the ginger, pound and mince the garlic and set aside

3.Oyster sauce and soy sauce Add black bean paste and cold boiled water to make a sauce and set aside

4. Flatten the dough and roll it into a thick layer slices

5.Cut into strips

6.Cut into dough pieces (the dough pieces cannot be large, mine are relatively large)

7. Boil the water in the pot and pour in the dough
8.Drain the noodles when they are cooked and float up

9.Soak in cold boiled water (supercooled water noodles will make them more chewy and smooth)

Tips
Mix the flour with a little salt and oil, cook it in cold water to make it more chewy.Instead of spicy sauce, use sweet noodle sauce
