Yam ( 1 root ) | Black fungus ( 2 grams ) |
Carrot ( 1 root ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |

1.Peel and slice carrots;

2.Peel and slice the yam;

3.Soak black fungus in cold water in advance;

4.Put yam, black fungus and carrot into a pot and blanch;
