How to make fried oyster mushrooms

Tips
I don’t have any barbecue ingredients at home, so I didn’t put them out.I didn't use the traditional method to prepare the batter.I put the seasoning directly into the oyster mushrooms, mixed well and then added the medium flour and cornstarch.(You can mix it evenly in advance)
