Dandelion ( 100g ) | Egg ( 2 pieces ) |

How to make scrambled eggs with dandelions
1.Wash the newly dug dandelions, soak them in clean water, then clean them and control the water for later use.
2. Blanch dandelions in boiling water to remove the earthy and grassy smell taste.Remember to add some salt to make the color look better

3.Put the blanched dandelions into cold water and pull them out cold.(It takes about one minute to blanch.)
