How to make sweet and sour yam and quail eggs

1.Yam and quail eggs are ready to be plated

2. Heat oil in a pan, add yam and quail eggs and fry over low heat

3. Fry until there is a layer of crispy rice.Add appropriate amount of water and simmer until the yam is cooked.

4.Pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry evenly
