How to make pan-fried skinned fish

1. Wash the skinned fish and cut with a double-sided flower knife.

2.Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the skinned fish until slightly brown.

3.Put the fried skinned fish into a plate.

4.Put a little oil and stir-fry peppercorns, green onion, ginger slices and garlic slices.

5.Put a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and chili oil into a bowl , add warm water, stir evenly and set aside.

6.Put the fried skinned fish into the pot.

7.Put the prepared juice into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook until the juice is reduced., add some sesame oil and serve.

8. Put the coriander segments, add white sesame seeds, and the pan-fried grilled fish is done.
Tips
Use a non-stick pan to cook skinned fish, the skin will not stick off, and you will get twice the result with half the effort.
