Ingredients
Pork (appropriate amount) | Red pepper (one ) |
Green peppers ( 3 pcs ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried pork with chili

1. Cut lean pork into shreds, add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little peanut oil and marinate (about 15 minutes)

2.Red pepper, green pepper (shredded), garlic cut into small pieces and set aside

3. Pour peanut oil into the wok, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the shredded pork (fry until cooked for 7 seconds) until the meat turns white, take it out and set aside

4.Put some peanut oil in the wok (add the chili pepper) and stir-fry until the raw material is cooked (add some salt)

5.Add the fried lean meat and stir-fry together (add a little bit of thirteen spices)

Tips
Add some peanut oil to the marinated shredded pork to make it tender and smooth.
