Pork belly ( 300g ) | Potatoes ( 200 grams ) |

How to make pork belly stewed with potatoes

1. Cut the pork belly into cubes, peel and wash the potatoes.

2. Blanch the meat pieces in cold water to remove the blood foam, remove and drain the water.

3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the meat pieces and seasonings and stir-fry for a while.

4.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry for a while.
