How to stir-fry spinach and white jade mushrooms

1.Cook the quail eggs, peel and set aside

2.Wash the white jade mushrooms, boil the spinach with hot water, remove and control the water and set aside

3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside
