Simple home-cooked grilled fish recipe

1. Cut the tilapia in half without breaking in the middle (you can Ask the fish seller to help cut it) and make a few cuts on the fish to marinate it and add flavor.Coat the whole body of the fish with the prepared soy sauce, oil, salt and cooking wine, place it on the baking sheet, and marinate for 1 hour (if you are not in a hurry, you can marinate it longer for more flavor).Put some ginger slices under the fish and on the fish to remove the fishy smell.

2. Put the marinated fish into the preheated oven, and adjust the upper and lower tubes to 230 degrees , bake for 20 minutes.

3. Prepare and wash side dishes: enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, potatoes, onions, konjac, Soft tofu

4. Remove the heads of enoki mushrooms, shred the tofu skin, slice the potatoes, and shred the onions.(Only half of one was used), cut konjac and tofu into small pieces.Because my oven is very small, only 11 liters, and the baking pan is not large, so I prepare fewer side dishes.

5. Heat oil with onion and ginger, add cumin and bay leaves, stir until fragrant, then add Stir-fry a small spoonful of bean paste until fragrant.(You can increase the spices according to your preference) I made it relatively simple and was afraid of getting angry.

6.Add potato slices, onions and konjac and stir-fry

7.Add enoki mushrooms

8.Saute for a while and then add appropriate amount of water to boil

9.When it is almost cooked, add the tofu skin and tofu cubes

10. Take out the grilled fish and pour the cooked side dishes and soup into the baking pan.(My baking pan is too small and too shallow to put all the side dishes)

11.After placing the side dishes, put the fish back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes

12.The fragrant grilled fish is out! I didn’t buy cilantro or scallions for decoration, and it didn’t look very nice, but it tasted great.My boyfriend said it was delicious!
Tips
You can choose what you like to eat as side dishes and put whatever you like.According to personal preference, it can be made spicy, sour, or light!
