Ingredients
Beef tendon ( ) | Cinnamon ( 1 piece ) |
Salt ( 20 grams ) | Ginger ( 10 pieces ) |
Scallions ( 4 roots ) | Octagonal ( 6~8 pieces ) |
Sugar ( 7 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 30ml ) |
Light soy sauce ( 30ml ) | Cooking wine ( 3 spoons ) |

1. Throw the beef tendon into the boiling water (〃 ∀〃), cook over medium heat for 5~7 minutes, remove and set aside
