How to stir-fry oysters with green garlic

1.Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to take a photo of the eggs)

2. Remove impurities from the oysters, rinse and drain

4. Beat the eggs well

5.Put the oysters into the egg liquid

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine

7.Add appropriate amount of pepper and stir gently

8.Add green garlic and stir well

9.If it is too thin, you can sprinkle some dry fried powder Or stir the starch well

10. Heat the oil in the pot, add the green garlic and sea oysters , stir fry until cooked (more oil is needed)

1.You can also stir-fry green garlic and oysters separately
2.More oil is better...choose peanut oil according to personal preference
