Ingredients
Lotus root ( 2 sections ) | Minced meat ( 500 grams ) |
green onion ( 10 grams ) | Jiang Mo ( 10 grams ) |
Five-spice powder ( 5 grams ) | Salt ( 10g ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) |
How to fry coupling

1. Put onions and ginger together Place in minced meat and chop finely and set aside! Add eggs, salt, and five-spice powder and stir until vigorous and set aside

2. Peel and wash the lotus root, slice the meat and sandwich it between two pieces of lotus root

3.Make a batter with egg, water and flour, put each one in the batter and put it into the pan to fry

4. Fry until both sides are golden and then remove and control the oil!
