Homemade spicy sauce ( 3 spoons ) | Yingkou Doenjang ( 1 spoon ) |
Octopus tentacles ( 300g ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stir-fry octopus tentacles in spicy sauce

1.Clean the octopus whiskers, which are too long.Cut it.

2. Boil water and add a spoonful of cooking wine

3. Pour in the octopus and blanch it for 30 seconds, remove and control the water and set aside

4.Heat the oil in the pot
5.Add a spoonful of Yingkou bean paste, it is salty enough.

7. Quickly stir-fry Yingkou bean paste and spicy sauce until combined.
