Red pepper ( 1 ) | Hot pot meatballs ( 60g ) |
Ginger ( 3 grams ) | Cooking wine ( 40g ) |

Salt ( 1g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 10g ) |

How to make three-juice stew

1. Wash the chicken wings and cut twice on both sides, add 3g of ginger, 10g of cooking wine, 20g of light soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes

2. Devein the shrimp, add 10g of cooking wine and 5g of pepper and mix well

3.Cut the onion into small pieces

4.Cut potatoes and carrots into hob pieces
