Dried oysters ( 5 pcs ) | Dried shrimps ( 8 pcs ) |

Parsley ( 2 roots ) | Northeast rice ( 100g ) |

How to make seafood porridge

1.Soak the dried oysters, dried shrimps, scallops and dried mushrooms in water for an hour and set aside

2.Wash the rice, then add water to soak for half an hour

3.Slice mushrooms, mince parsley, shred ginger, mince chives

4.Add soaked rice and boiling water in a ratio of 1:10 and cook over high heat

5. When the rice is cooked but not rotten, add oysters, dried shrimps, scallops, shiitake mushroom slices, and shredded ginger and continue to cook over high heat for 10 minutes until the aroma is released

Tips
1.Soaking the rice before cooking can soften the rice grains.Fully absorb water, so the porridge is soft and thick.
2.Cut the ginger shreds as finely as possible, so that the spiciness of the ginger can hardly be tasted.
3.Use boiling water to cook porridge.This is because cold water cooks the porridge until it gets mushy, while boiling water will not cause this phenomenon, and it saves more time than cold water cooking.
