Abalone: Clear heat
Ingredients
Cake ( 1 piece ) | Abalone ( 3 pieces ) |
Green vegetables ( 1 handful ) | Ham ( 1 root ) |
Onions ( 1/3 ) | Dried chili pepper (4 pieces) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Chicken juice ( 1 spoon ) |
Abalone juice ( 1 spoon ) | Red oil ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried abalone cakes

1. Prepare your favorite vegetables and cook a piece of flatbread overnight.

2.Abalone (ready to eat), dried chili peppers, ham, and onions are ready.

3.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and dried chilies until fragrant.

4.Pour in the ham and stir-fry A few times,

5.Add abalone and stir-fry a few times,

6.Pour in the cut cakes and stir-fry again,

7. Season with light soy sauce, chicken juice, and abalone juice,

8. Stir fry evenly, add green vegetables,

9.Pour a little red oil in before serving, mix well and serve.

10.Clean out the refrigerator and clear away the leftovers!
