Seafood stir-fry How to make fried rice noodles

1. Prepare vegetables and dried seafood.

2. Prepare the seasoning.

3. Cook the rice noodles for 5 to 8 minutes.

4. Remove and rinse immediately after cooking.

5.Pour in light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

6.Catch evenly.

7. Wash and cut vegetables into shreds.

8. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.

9. Serve out and set aside.

10. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger slices and pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Pour in the dried seafood and stir-fry for 5 seconds.

Tips
Soak the dried seafood in advance and cut the vegetables into thin strips.You can replace it with your favorite fresh vegetables.Stir-fry vegetables until cooked for 8 minutes and add rice noodles.Keep it on medium heat.
