Fresh ginseng ( 250g ) | Wolfberry ( 50g ) |
Rice wine (50 degrees) ( 3000 grams ) |
How to make ginseng wine

1.Wash fresh ginseng.

2. Let it dry for two days to remove the earthy smell of the ginseng.

3. Add 50 grams of wolfberry and a few pieces of rock sugar to the dried ginseng.

4. Pour in the rice wine and seal the lid.

5.Add several layers of plastic wrap, and finally use large sealing tape to seal tightly to prevent air from entering.

6.Apply the label and store it for at least 6 months before tasting.

7. I brewed an extra bottle and gave it to a friend.
Tips
1.Add a few pieces of rock sugar to remove the bitter taste of ginseng.Add a small amount first, and then add more later if there is not enough.
2.Wolfberry can be added, or Ganoderma lucidum can be added to soak together.
3.500 grams of ginseng can be used to brew 15 to 20 pounds of wine.
