Low-gluten flour ( 190g ) | Large seedless flour Dates ( 60g ) |
Eggs ( 5 ) | Milk ( 70ml ) |
Brown sugar ( 125g ) | White sugar ( 35g ) |
Corn oil ( 80g ) | Baking powder ( 5g ) |
Salt ( 3g ) |
How to make jujube cake

1.Cut the washed and pitted jujube into small pieces

2.Pour the milk into the jujube bowl and mix the jujube and milk as much as possible

3.Crack the eggs into a basin and add brown sugar and white sugar

4.Stir with a whisk to dissolve the sugar.

5. Add milk, dates and oil and stir evenly, then sift in the flour/baking powder/salt and stir Evenly

6.Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
