How to make Sichuan style Mapo Tofu

1. First cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the green peppers with a hob, and slice the carrots , wash the edamame and fungus and set aside

2.Put the tofu and edamame together, pour them into the pot and blanch them!

3.Put in oil on fire, sauté green onions and minced ginger until fragrant, add a tablespoon of water and put in spicy hot pot ingredients

4. Blanch the Drain the tofu and edamame, then add them to the pot and stir-fry gently to prevent the tofu from breaking.It is best to turn the pot!

5. Now you can season, in order: red bean paste (this is very salty, so no need to add salt), sugar, chicken essence, MSG, dried red pepper (if you like Sichuan flavor (you can put more), soy sauce (if it’s dark soy sauce, put less), and finally pour in the ingredients
