How to make Shandong home-cooked spicy chicken

1.Chop the chicken into small pieces and blanch it, wash away the blood and set aside for later use

2.Cut the green onion into sections! Slice ginger! Cut the green and red peppers into a plate and set aside!

3.Pour oil into the pot! Add star anise, pepper, onion and ginger to the pot!
