Lettuce ( 350g ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Garlic ( 4 cloves ) | Starch ( 1 tsp ) |
How to make lettuce with oyster sauce

1. Prepare materials.

2. Remove the yellow leaves from the lettuce, break them into pieces, wash and drain.

3. Chop the garlic into minced garlic.

4. Add oyster sauce, starch and chicken powder to the bowl, add appropriate amount of water, mix well and set aside.
