How to make cured meat casserole rice

1. First shred the ginger slices and slice the garlic cloves.Soak appropriate amount of water for half an hour to make ginger and garlic water

Small Tips
Authentic cured rice is made with cured duck, bacon and sausages, but since it is summer it is not the time yet so I made a simple version of cured rice.
