Ingredients
Bacon ( 1 small piece ) | Peas ( 2 small handfuls ) |
Carrot ( 1 small section ) | Rice ( 1 soup bowl span> ) |
Oil ( 1 tablespoon ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Green onions (1 section) | |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Preserved Fried Rice Recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash the bacon, carrots, peas, and green onions, and serve with rice.

2. Dice carrots and green onions.

3.Peel the bacon (not necessary) and cut into cubes.

4. Boil the water in the pot, add the diced carrots and blanch them for one minute, remove and drain the water.

5. Boil the peas in cold water.

6. Remove the dry water.

7. Heat oil in the pot, add diced bacon and stir-fry until oily.

8. Use a spatula to shovel the bacon aside, (low heat) pour in the rice and disperse Stir well.

9.Pour in peas, diced carrots, and diced green onions and stir-fry.

10.Add light soy sauce and salt and stir well.

11.Add sugar (to enhance freshness) and stir well.

12. Stir-fry, remove from the pan, place on a plate, and serve.
Tips
1.After blanching the carrots, the color will be more beautiful when fried.2.Add pepper and chicken essence according to personal taste.Green onions can be replaced with chopped green onions.
