Oatmeal: enhance immunity
Ingredients
Corn flour ( 50g ) | Wheat germ ( 10g ) |
Oatmeal ( 10g ) | Wolfberry (appropriate amount) | Red dates ( two ) |
How to make nutritious corn paste (simple version)

1.Prepare cornmeal, wheat germ, and oatmeal
2.Pour cold water into the cornmeal
3.Stir into paste

4. Add water to the pot over high heat Boil until there are small bubbles in the water

5.Pour the stirred corn paste into in water, then stir immediately

6.Then pour in the wheat germ and oatmeal

7.Wheat germ can easily form lumps, so stir evenly

8.Wash the wolfberry and red dates

9.Pour into the pot and cook over medium heat for two minutes

Tips
1.The wheat germ and oatmeal I use are fried, so they only need to be cooked for two minutes
2.I don’t like to add sugar, so I omit it.Friends who like sweetness can also add it.Girls can add it.Brown sugar is also good~
3.Soak wolfberry for a few minutes in advance.Don’t add too much, as it will easily cause internal heat
