How to make fried chicken tenders

1.Wash the chicken breast and cut into strips as thick as a little finger.

2. Add chopped onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt , chicken essence and pepper and marinate for more than half an hour.

3. Beat the eggs and set aside, pour bread crumbs and starch into the plate.(I was lazy and put the bread crumbs and starch in a plate.)

4. Remove the marinade from the marinated chicken, put it in starch and coat with a thin layer of starch on both sides.

5.Put it into the egg liquid and roll it.

6. Then cover with bread crumbs.

7. Do this in order to prepare the chicken fillets for later use.

8. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60 to 70% hot, then reduce the heat to low and add the chicken Fried willow.

9. Fry until the surface of the chicken fillet is golden brown.

10.Picture of the finished product, just add the sauce!
