How to make roast beef and mashed potatoes
1.Peel and slice the potatoes into a boiling steamer and steam for 15 minutes!

2. Cut the onions into shreds and the beef into cubes and set aside! (I used steak.If you use ordinary beef, it is better to cut it into smaller pieces or mince it!)

3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions and saute until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry over low heat for about a minute (beef will get old easily if the heat is too high)! Add a little salt and black pepper to taste, stir-fry and set aside!

4. Press the steamed potato slices into a puree, add salt to taste and stir , put the prepared mashed potatoes in a layer on the baking pan!

5. Spread a layer of fried meat filling on the mashed potatoes!

6.Put another layer of mashed potatoes!

7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top; then place in the upper shelf of the preheated oven , fire up and down, 180 degrees for 20 minutes! (Preheat the oven for about 5 minutes, so the food will taste better)

8. After baking, use insulated gloves to take it out and let it cool before eating.If you are afraid of getting burned, you can use a different plate to eat!
Tips
This is for two! The time to make breakfast is relatively short.We can prepare the mashed potatoes before going to bed at night, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator, and take it out and use it directly the next morning, which can save about 20 minutes!
