Pasta ( Moderate amount ) | White clam ( 1 catty ) |
Garlic Aberdeen (1 big one ) | Chaotian pepper ( 5 pieces ) |
Assorted herbs ( a small amount ) | Rosemary ( 1 root ) |
How to make white clam and garlic pasta

2. White clams are soaked in water with oil and salt for several hours and spit out.Remove the sediment and clean the shell with a brush and set aside.

3. Heat the olive oil in the pan, add the garlic and Chaotian pepper and stir-fry over low heat fragrant.

4.Add the white clams and stir-fry over medium heat.

5. Fry until all the white clams open their shells.

6.Add the pasta and stir evenly.

7.Add in the herbs and cook.

8.Sprinkle chopped rosemary before serving.

1. Boil the pasta in boiling water and salt for about 8 minutes, remove and drain.
Tips
When stir-frying white clams, you don't need to drain all the soup.Leaving some juice for mixing with noodles will make it more delicious.
