How to make crab meat and lion head

2. Cut the water chestnuts into cubes, mix them with minced meat and crab powder, add an egg, some cornstarch, add salt, onion, ginger and water and mix well.

3. Mix the shells of the crab powder with the remaining water from the steamed crabs, add water and base salt , ginger, turn to medium heat after boiling for 5 minutes.Turn off the heat and pour out the soup.

4.Put the soup into the can, rub the meatballs into the soup, and serve Steam for 45 minutes.Then open the can, add the rapeseed, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
