How to stir-fry shredded pork with potatoes and green pepper

1. Cut potatoes, green peppers and carrots into shreds.Soak potatoes in water to remove starch.

2. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic, shred the pork, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, onion and ginger Chili noodles marinated in five-spice powder.
