Tremella fungus: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Tremella fuciformis ( Half ) | gordon ( 40g ) |
Wolfberry ( appropriate amount ) | Rock sugar (appropriate amount) |
How to make Gorgon, Wolfberry and Tremella Soup

1. Prepare white fungus, gorgon fruit, and wolfberry.

2. Tremella must be soaked in advance, then cleaned, and then Tear into small florets and set aside for later use.

3.Wash the gorgon seeds and soak them for 1 hour.
